Temera, a Beontag company, participated in NRF 2024, an event dedicated to innovation in the retail world, held in New York from 14 to 16 January 2024. Together with Beontag, it presented a significant portfolio of traceability and sustainability products and solutions and was represented on stage at NRF by Guido Mengoni, Temera's Marketing and Advisory Director.

Mengoni together with Alicia González, Innovation & Transformation Manager at Bulgari, presented the Customer Experience projects that Bulgari and Temera have been working on in recent years. Bulgari's strategic objective was to reach customers with exclusive and personalised content and Temera, with the introduction of Digital Twin products, responded to Bulgari's needs by establishing an exclusive and one-to-one communication channel.

Mengoni addressed the audience describing the main results achieved through these projects, stating that "thanks to NFC tags, we were able to guarantee the authenticity of each product, safeguarding its value. From raw material to retail, the traceability provided by Temera enriches the selling ceremony for the Bulgari sales force, while the introduction of Digital Twins establishes a new one-to-one communication channel, offering a continuous exchange of information on products and collections. This initiative clearly exemplifies our commitment to innovation and improving the customer shopping experience".

Temera once again held its traditional kick-off event of the year, the 'Temera Event in New York', during the NRF days. The event started with an 'Innovation Vernissage' at The Canvas 3.0, a space blending retail innovation and art; guests were able to get to know a selection of cutting-edge start-ups that are revolutionising the concept of retail also thanks to artificial intelligence.

Davide Giunta, Head of Sales at Temera, explained the company's vision of AI in the world of fashion and luxury. Maurizio Capobianco, Area Vice President Cloud Sales Italy at Salesforce, spoke on the role and development of artificial intelligence in retail and CRM.

The Temera event in New York culminated with an exclusive dinner party at the Manhatta Restaurant, on the 60th floor of a skyscraper in the Downtown area with a breathtaking view of the entire city and enriched by the notes of a live jazz band.

The Managing Director of Temera, Francesco Pieri, welcomed guests and thanked them for their participation and also Beontag, Salesforce, BinHexS and RFIDcrew "for standing by Temera and making this event possible".
