Mengoni together with Alicia González, Innovation & Transformation Manager at Bulgari, presented the Customer Experience projects that Bulgari and Temera have been working on in recent years. Bulgari's strategic objective was to reach customers with exclusive and personalised content and Temera, with the introduction of Digital Twin products, responded to Bulgari's needs by establishing an exclusive and one-to-one communication channel.
Mengoni addressed the audience describing the main results achieved through these projects, stating that "thanks to NFC tags, we were able to guarantee the authenticity of each product, safeguarding its value. From raw material to retail, the traceability provided by Temera enriches the selling ceremony for the Bulgari sales force, while the introduction of Digital Twins establishes a new one-to-one communication channel, offering a continuous exchange of information on products and collections. This initiative clearly exemplifies our commitment to innovation and improving the customer shopping experience".
