Whistleblowing

Welcome to our reporting channel.

Temera intends to promote a corporate culture, characterised by integrity, mutual respect and loyal cooperation, which prevents the commission of unlawful acts, guaranteeing employees, collaborators and suppliers a safe environment where they can report any unlawful conduct.

For this reason, Temera has chosen to adopt a dedicated platform to receive reports of unlawful conduct. The EU Directive 2019/1937 was adopted by the European Union to promote and harmonise the protection of so-called 'whistleblowers' of irregularities attributable to a company.

The purpose of this policy is to define an appropriate communication channel for the receipt and handling of whistleblowers, in accordance with the regulatory framework and in compliance with the rules on the protection of personal data (Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 and EU Regulation 2016/679).
These policies apply to all employees, collaborators and suppliers of Temera, who, although external to the company, work with and on behalf of Temera.
