PURPOSES OF PROCESSING

– in case of consent, to send promotional messages following the activation of the newsletter service, or other information that we believe may be interesting, using the email address provided;

HOW WE USE COOKIES

TRANSFER OF DATA TO NON-EU COUNTRIES
Our website may share some of the data collected through browsing as explained above, with services located outside the European Union area, in particular with Google Analytics or even through the various social plugins. With the adequacy decision of 10 July 2023, the European Parliament, in agreement with the US summits, adopted the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. SECURITY MEASURES AND PROCESSING METHODS
Personal data are processed with automated tools for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected.

RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECT

- to restrict the processing of your personal data;
- object to the processing of your data and the data controller will refrain from processing them further, unless the data are used to protect the legitimate interest of the data controller, such as for the exercise or our defence in court (right of opposition);
- pursuant to art. 7, par. 3 GDPR, they can exercise their right to withdraw consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given previously.
In addition, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority, which in Italy is the Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data.
