Skills for the Future: the Organisational Wellbeing and Corporate Welfare Programme Comes to a Close
At Temera, we believe innovation always starts with people.
The Training Plan "Organisational Wellbeing and Corporate Welfare" was successfully completed on 31 July 2026, representing a concrete opportunity for shared growth within Temera.
The project was carried out with the support of: "Fondo nuove competenze. Competenze per le innovazioni", a Europa 27 project, a strategically important operation of the National Programme for Youth, Women and Employment 2021–2027, co-funded by the European Union.
Thanks to this initiative, it was possible to integrate training hours into daily work activities, with a tangible impact on both individual learning and organisational competitiveness.
