L’operazione rappresenta l’evoluzione naturale di una partnership consolidata nel tempo e si inserisce nel percorso di crescita internazionale di Temera, con l’obiettivo di rafforzare la propria presenza operativa negli Stati Uniti attraverso una struttura locale stabile e già operativa.
